Marianne GullbergProfessor Psycholinguistics and Director of the Humanities Lab Research
My research is multidisciplinary and multimodal. I study adult second language (L2) acquisition and use, L2/bilingual processing, and gesture production and comprehension in acquisition.
I was a staff member at the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics, the Netherlands, 2000-2009, where I headed the group The Dynamics of Multilingual Processing together with Prof. P. Indefrey (2003-2009). I am also co-founder of the Nijmegen Gesture Centre with Prof. A. Özyurek. Theses (1)Editorship (8)- Gullberg, M. & Williams, J. (2012). (Eds.)
