Person

Dr. Diederick C. Niehorster has a PhD in cognitive psychology and a background in vision science and eye tracking. In his current work, he is interested in how group dynamics can be visualized and investigated using novel multi-observer eye tracking paradigms. He is furthermore working on optimizing eye tracking methodology to minimize the influence of the experimental setting on subjects' behaviour and is working on finding the best method for gaze guidance by means of small but attention capturing transient changes to the display. His work requires a combined understanding of visual perception, eye movements, experimental design and programming.
